This Privacy Policy details how personal data collected through the use of Atraf will be managed, and the choices you may make regarding how personal data is collected and used in the Service.

For the avoidance of doubt, your continued use of Atraf after an update to the Privacy Policy shall constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
4. Children’s Privacy
In general, the app is intended for individuals over the age of 18, and it is not our intention to collect personal data regarding children under the age of 18. If we become aware that the information you provide violates applicable privacy laws or Atraf’s Terms of Use, we reserve the right to delete such data. 5. Types of Personal Data We Collect and How We Collect It
In the course of using the Service (app and website), we collect and process personal data in the following ways:
Personal details – For account creation and management, we may request information such as: email address, phone number, city of residence, nickname, date of birth. You may also share additional information in your profile voluntarily.
Usage details and content – Information entered by you or generated during your use of the Service, such as interests, general information about yourself, favorite users and matches, messages, profile pictures, status updates, views, and any other content you upload or send.

Payment methods and subscription registration – We may use third-party tools, software, or services for purchasing "Premium" subscriptions in the app, including the App Store and Google Play. While we make every effort to work with reputable providers that safeguard your data in accordance with our requirements and applicable law, whenever you perform an action involving an external third party (such as a logo displayed on a payment page operated by a third party), you are subject to that party’s privacy policy, and it is your responsibility to review and agree to its terms before proceeding. The Company shall not be liable for any damage resulting from your provision of information to a third party, and you are solely responsible.
Analytics tools – The Service uses various tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Google Vision, and Google Maps) for usage analysis, performance improvement, security, and content verification.
Google Analytics – Collects statistical data on Service usage patterns (e.g., pages viewed, usage frequency, entry sources). Data is collected anonymously and does not include direct personal identification. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Atraf implements up-to-date systems and procedures for information security in accordance with accepted standards to protect the personal data stored in our systems. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be completely immune from unauthorized access to the data stored therein.
11. Links to Third-Party Products
Atraf may allow you to interact with or contain links to your third-party account and to other third-party websites, applications, and services not owned or controlled by us (each a "Third-Party Service"). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of Third-Party Services. Please note that Third-Party Services may collect personal data from you. Accordingly, we recommend that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each Third-Party Service you choose to use.
12. Transfers of Data Outside of Israel
Personal data may be transferred and/or stored outside of Israel, including in the United States and the European Union, as part of the use of service providers (such as Google, Firebase).
We ensure that any such transfer is carried out in accordance with legal requirements and accepted safeguards (for example: data processing agreements, security commitments, and international standards).
13. Opt-Out
You may choose not to receive promotional emails or other emails regarding the services from us by clicking the unsubscribe link in accordance with legal requirements. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the above emails, we may still send you service-related messages such as responses to "Contact Us" requests, support requests, or other administrative messages necessary to allow you to use the services.
14. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal data only for the periods necessary to provide the Service, in accordance with operational needs, service improvement, maintaining a safe user experience, and legal compliance. After the required period has ended, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless we are required to retain it for a longer period in accordance with legal requirements or for the protection of legal rights.
15. Your Rights and Privacy Protection
We respect your right to privacy and retain only the data required to provide the Service, while ensuring accuracy and updates. Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations, you have the following rights:
Access to data – You may review the data stored about you with us.
Correction and deletion – If you find that the data we hold is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, you may request its correction or deletion.
Filing a complaint – You may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority and file a complaint regarding the handling of your data.
Due to the nature of Atraf’s services, which are based on the processing of personal data (such as account details, location, and content), the Service cannot be provided without such processing. Therefore:
A request to restrict processing or object to certain processing will effectively be carried out through deletion of the account and all related data.
You may request deletion of your account and stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion can be performed independently by you directly through the app or website.
You may withdraw your consent at any time for receiving marketing materials, newsletters, or push notifications, without affecting your continued use of the Service itself.
