Q&A

Issues With Other Users

I was offended by another user; what should I do?

If you’ve been offended by another user, you can choose to act in one or more of the following ways:

Block the user by clicking on the three-dot menu on their profile and selecting “Block and Hide.” The user will not be able to see or contact you. You can report the user by selecting “Report” in the three-dot menu on their profile. If the case is of a criminal nature, a complaint must be filed with the police along with the user’s number (the user’s number will be displayed in the three-dot menu). If you can, we recommend attaching relevant screenshots to the complaint.

We aim to keep Atraf a safe and pleasant environment for all our users; a user who receives numerous complaints will be blocked.
